Professor Meredith (FLSW) is the Sêr Cymru Research Chair in Sustainable Advanced Materials at Swansea University Department of Physics in the United Kingdom where he also leads the newly established Centre for Integrative Semiconductor Materials

Bernard is the group’s expert in in-situ hydration dependant measurements on biodependent materials.  His work focuses on bioelectronic materials and devices with the intention to interface bionic materials with electronic materials for potential medical application

James works on emergent organic semiconductor materials and devices and is particularly focused on small molecule solar cells and organic memristors for neuromorphic computing

Dr Gregory Burwell is the coordinator for the ISO 7 Molecular Semiconductors and Advanced Dielectrics laboratory. His research interests include the fabrication and testing of optoelectronic devices, 2D materials, and heterogeneous integration

Drew’s research focus is on optoelectronic properties of molecular semiconductors drawing on his strong background in photo-physics, ultrafast physics, and device physics. He is passionate about designing and building novel experimental apparatuses.”

Donghui's research focuses on advancing device fabrication techniques for next-generation electronics, with a particular emphasis on exploiting molecular semiconductor aggregation and exerting control over morphology in thin films.

Kieran works on the confinement and analysis of radical-organic molecules. This combines the areas of soft matter for the synthesis of novel droplet scaffolds and photochemistry to probe the interactions between the confined photoactive species. His work aims to contribute to the development of next-generation OLED devices. 

Austin's research focusses on fundamental processes and intrinsic properties of organic semiconductor-based photovoltaics, and how these features ultimately relate to  the amount of power generated by the devices.

John is interested in the role that a quantum-mechanical property known as 'spin' can have on the excited-state dynamics of molecular semiconductors. Through a combination of modelling and experimental research (photophysical/magneto-optical/spin-resonance characterisation), he designs molecular materials towards quantum information science and spintronic applications.

Jacob is exploring Magnetic-Spin-Optical Dynamics in Molecular Materials. He is currently investigating the optical properties of organic free radicals to have a better understanding of exciton transport and their dynamics in a solid-state system.

Nick's domain is the scale-up of thin-film optoelectronic devices by advancing the transparent electrode as a package. That is, advancing not only the conducting material but the glass substrate also. He draws on well-established (4 years) experience in semiconductor fabrication methods and advanced metrology techniques to advance this space. 

Heather handles everyday operations, procurement, organizes group travel, event planning and outreach.
