Cryogenic Electro-Optical Measurements
Using a closed-cycle liquid helium cryostat we are able to perform different types of electro-optical measurements at temperatures ranging from 10 K to 400 K. Four electrical probes and two fiber optical probes can be used simultaneously to excite or probe the devices being tested.
